The Ridge is a 2 person backyard sauna in solid red cedar, compact enough for a small yard, with a pitched steel roof and a full-length window.
Handcrafted in Idaho Falls from 100% natural Western Red Cedar, with no glues or toxins in the build, the Ridge needs a footprint of only about 5 by 5 feet. Inside, two-tier benches let you sit high in the heat or lower down when you want it gentler, and a 12" x 68" full-length window brings in daylight. Choose the Harvia KIP 6 kW with simple built-in controls, or the Homecraft Revive Slim 6 kW, which you can start from your phone over WiFi. It reaches up to 200 F, the traditional Finnish range of 170 to 200 F.

Fit, power and setup
Plan for a level outdoor spot of about 60 by 60 inches, plus room to open the door. The heater is hardwired on a dedicated circuit by a licensed electrician; the Homecraft Revive Slim needs a 40A breaker with 8/3 wire. Most owners spend about $500 to $1,500 on the electrical work, depending on the distance from the panel. The modular panels go together in about 3 to 4 hours with 2 to 3 people, using a power drill, rubber mallet, hammer and tape measure. It ships by freight, free to the contiguous US.
