You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Small parcel orders are tracked normally. Freight shipments are tracked by a PRO number and update less frequently, so a quiet tracking page for a few days is normal on a freight order. If you'd like a status update at any time, contact us and we'll check with the carrier for you.
