The Classic 40" grills cook on a 40" ring of ½" steel around a center grate that passes 1,000°F, on a tall round, storage or Euro base. The Stainless Series pairs the same cooktop with a spun stainless steel bowl. The ONE30 and ONE20 bring the same way of cooking to smaller patios, and the 40" fire pits come with or without a cooktop.
