Cook right at the table and serve straight off the steel. The ONE30 brings the Arteflame way of cooking to a standard patio, with the fire in the middle and everyone within reach.
Grill and griddle in one
A wood or charcoal fire burns in the center under a removable grill grate for steaks, chops and burgers, while the flat steel cooktop around it, 700+ sq in, cooks the sides at the same time. It is hottest next to the fire and cooler toward the rim, and the 3/8" cooktop heats up faster than the ½" plate on the 40" grills. The steel sits between the fire and the food, so grease cannot drip into the flames.
Built from CORTEN steel
The body is 10-gauge CORTEN steel, about 3.4 mm thick. It forms a protective rust-colored patina and needs no paint, and Arteflame builds it to stay outside all year.
