The Dynamic Fluid P928 is a ground-based functional training platform with concentric-only fluid resistance: 10 levels from a twin fluid tank, with three attachment points that give 50%, 100% or 200% of the tank setting. Light, complex movements and heavy posterior chain work fit on the same machine. The Bluetooth monitor reads the setting automatically and shows time, speed, distance, stroke rate, calories per hour and watts, with a heart rate receiver built in.
