Drive up from a squat into an overhead press as hard and fast as you like, with no weight coming back down on you.
The Dynamic Fluid P918 is a commercial squat to overhead press machine with concentric-only fluid resistance: 10 levels from a twin fluid tank, with an updated impeller that gives 15% more resistance than previous models. Tapered shoulder pads, long hand rails and a counterbalanced press arm let you find a secure position without time-consuming adjustments. The Bluetooth monitor reads the setting automatically and shows time, speed, distance, stroke rate, calories per hour and watts, with a heart rate receiver built in.
What you can train
Full body squats, overhead and military presses, squat presses, reverse lunges and lunge presses with arms extended.
