The Ultra Low EMF version of the Serena, for anyone who wants the lower field reading without moving up to a larger cabin.
The Serena Ultra Low EMF Elite is a Dynamic infrared sauna for 2, built from natural reforested Canadian hemlock. Its 7 heating panels carry a Dynamic Ultra Low EMF rating, measured between 3 to 5 milligauss at 2 to 3 inches from the panels, a step down from the standard Serena's Low EMF tier. At 46 by 40 by 75 inches outside and 42 by 36 by 68 inches inside, it heats to an ideal 118 F to 132 F, running up to 140 F, and many people use it for relaxation, muscle recovery after training, and winding down.

Fit, power and setup
Plan for a 46 inch by 40 inch indoor footprint with at least 75 inches of ceiling clearance. It runs on a standard 120 volt, 15 amp non GFCI outlet in plug and play fashion, with a dedicated outlet recommended, so no electrician is required. The cabin panels clasp together, typically about an hour of work for two people. It ships in 2 boxes at a combined 370 pounds by freight, with curbside delivery and a carrier call to schedule the drop off.
Good to know
- 2 person capacity seats two adults.
- Ultra Low EMF means the heating panels measure lower field readings than the standard Low EMF version of this same cabin.
