For anyone who wants more than one infrared wavelength in the same session, the Serena Full Spectrum combines far, mid and near infrared heat in a single 2 person cabin.
The Serena Full Spectrum is a Dynamic infrared sauna for 2, built from natural reforested Canadian hemlock. Full spectrum means the cabin emits infrared energy across three wavelength ranges, near, mid and far, rather than far infrared alone, so different depths of warmth reach you in one sitting. It runs 7 heaters total, 5 PureTech far infrared carbon panels rated Near Zero EMF at under 3 milligauss plus 2 near infrared elements. At 46 by 40 by 75 inches outside and 42 by 36 by 68 inches inside, it heats to an ideal 118 F to 132 F, running up to 140 F, and many people use it for relaxation, muscle recovery after training, and winding down.
Why this model
- 7 total heaters combine 5 far infrared carbon panels with 2 near infrared elements, covering more of the infrared spectrum than a far infrared only cabin.
- The 5 far infrared panels carry a Near Zero EMF rating under 3 milligauss at 2 to 3 inches, for close, low field seating.
- 118 F to 132 F ideal range, heating up to 140 F, for a full sweat session.
- Plug and play 120V, 15 amp non GFCI electrical service, dedicated outlet recommended, so no electrician is needed.
- Chromotherapy color lighting with a red light therapy feature and Bluetooth or MP3 audio with built in speakers round out each session.
