Free shipping to the contiguous United States. No minimum order and no freight surcharge. No sales tax is added at checkout. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery estimate. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Transit takes 5-10 business days, for a total delivery time of approximately 6-12 business days.
Freight delivery. Oversized items ship by LTL freight carrier. The carrier calls you to book a delivery appointment, so a working phone number is required. Delivery is curbside: the shipment is left at the end of your driveway on a pallet, not carried inside or up steps. Heavy items can arrive in more than one box or crate. The shipping weight is in the specs on each product page where the manufacturer lists it, so you can arrange help to unload. Inspect every box and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Assembly and any electrical work are the customer's responsibility.
30-day returns. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full, with shipping both ways on us.
Changed your mind? You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. See our Return & Refund Policy for the terms.
Warranty. Every product carries the original manufacturer's warranty and we handle the claim for you. Terms vary by category. See our Warranty page, or email support@distinctpicks.com and we will send you the exact term for this model before you buy.
