HappyRun Tank G60 750W (1500W Peak) Electric Fat Tire Bike

The Tank G60 is for the rider who wants a moped-styled e-bike for commuting and errands, backed by real safety certification.

This is a UL 2849 certified, pedal-equipped fat tire e-bike built for daily transportation rather than trail riding. A 750W rated motor with 1500W peak draws from a 48V 13Ah, 624Wh pack for a 20 mph top speed and 68+ miles of range, and a 7-speed drivetrain with three levels of pedal assist lets you ride it like a bicycle, add assist, or let the motor do the work into a headwind.

Why this model

• UL 2849 certification covers the complete electrical system, not just the battery cell, so this bike is tested to the North American safety standard for e-bikes.
• 750W rated motor with 1500W peak and a 48V 13Ah, 624Wh pack give you 68+ miles of range and a full charge in 7 to 8 hours.
• Full suspension and 20x4 in fat tires flatten out potholes, gravel shoulders, packed sand and snow.
• Hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors front and rear give the same lever feel wet or dry.
• 7-speed drivetrain with 3 levels of pedal assist lets you choose how much of the riding the motor does.

Key specs

Fit, power and setup

Assembly time is not listed for the G60, so expect a standard e-bike setup covering bars, pedals, seat and front wheel. Because it is a heavier bike, it ships by freight to your door, with the carrier calling ahead to schedule curbside delivery. It is built for pavement, bike paths and errands, so plan on parking it like a bike rather than a trail machine.

Good to know

• Top speed is 20 mph, and the bike is UL 2849 certified, a standard covering the whole electrical system rather than just the battery, a real trust point if certification matters to you.
• Wear a helmet and check your state and local e-bike rules before riding on public roads, since they vary by state.
• HappyRun does not publish a specific minimum age, only that the bike is not meant for riders under its recommended age, so use judgment for a younger rider.
• It carries a 330 lb payload rating and weighs 83 lbs, worth factoring in if you are loading it onto a rack or storing it upstairs.

Rules for high-power electric bikes vary by state, so confirm yours before riding on public roads.
