The Dynamic Fluid M350 is a compact commercial rower with 10 levels of adjustable fluid resistance in an angled twin tank, and an updated impeller with 15% more resistance than previous models. You can change the resistance mid-workout. The Bluetooth monitor reads the setting automatically and shows time, speed, distance, stroke rate, calories per hour and watts, with a heart rate receiver built in.
Easy to get on, easy to store
The seat sits at office chair height on concealed low-friction rollers. Height-adjustable foot plates with heel cradles and straps hold your feet in place. It has a small footprint and stores upright in 1015 x 810 mm.
