Free shipping to the contiguous United States. No minimum order and no freight surcharge. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery estimate. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Transit takes 5-10 business days, for a total delivery time of approximately 6-12 business days.

Freight delivery. Oversized items ship by LTL freight carrier. The carrier calls you to book a delivery appointment, so a working phone number is required. Delivery is curbside — the shipment is left at the end of your driveway on a pallet, not carried inside or up steps. Saunas and go-karts commonly weigh 300-500 lb and arrive in multiple crates, so please arrange help to unload. Inspect the crates and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Assembly and any electrical work are the customer's responsibility.

Returns: 30 days. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and not assembled or installed. Return shipping on a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer — on an oversized freight item this can run to several hundred dollars. We will quote you the exact figure in writing before you commit, and you can cancel the return at that point at no cost. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

If something is wrong, you pay nothing. If the item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover the replacement or a full refund including shipping in both directions, with no restocking fee.
