For a household that wants EMF exposure pushed down further, the Gracia pairs an Ultra Low EMF heating panel rating with a 1 to 2 person cabin sized for a small room.
The Gracia is a Dynamic infrared sauna built for 1 to 2 people from natural reforested Canadian hemlock. Its 7 heating panels carry a Dynamic Ultra Low EMF rating, measured between 3 to 5 milligauss at 2 to 3 inches from the panels, a step down from the standard Low EMF tier. At 39 by 36 by 75 inches outside and 35 by 32 by 68 inches inside, it heats to an ideal range of 118 F to 132 F, running up to 140 F, and many people use it for relaxation, muscle recovery after training, and winding down.

Fit, power and setup
Plan for a 39 inch by 36 inch indoor footprint with at least 75 inches of ceiling height. It runs on a standard 120 volt, 15 amp non GFCI outlet in plug and play fashion, and a dedicated outlet is recommended even though no electrician is required. The cabin panels clasp together, typically about an hour of work for two people. It ships in 2 boxes at a combined 315 pounds by freight, with curbside delivery and a carrier call to schedule the drop off.
Good to know
- The 1 to 2 person size fits a solo user with occasional company, in a room a larger cabin would not fit.
- Ultra Low EMF means the heating panels measure lower field readings than the standard Low EMF tier, for anyone who tracks that number closely.
- This is an indoor only sauna, so it is not built for an uncovered outdoor spot.
- Roof vent keeps fresh air moving through the cabin during a session.
