If Your Order Arrives Damaged
We recommend checking your package as soon as it is delivered. If you notice any issues with the packaging—such as dents, tears, or other signs of damage—please note this with the carrier at the time of delivery. If you’re unable to open the parcel right away but believe there may be an issue, indicate “suspected damage” on the delivery confirmation.
Should your item arrive damaged, simply email clear photos of the issue to support@distinctpicks.com. Our team will review the case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, typically within one business day.
